HUGE UPDATE! As we approach the fall and winter off season for baseball and softball we wanted to let you know about some updates. We are announcing our speed and agility class that is going to be hosted by our instructor Trevor Pesicek! We are going to start next Monday 8/26/2019. If you are looking to get faster, stronger, and also develop as an athlete this class will be a good fit for you.
The classes will be held on Monday(6pm), Wednesdays(6pm), and Saturday(9am) every week. Cost will be listed below. Our website is being updated on our new schedule as well. We are shooting for it to be updated by Monday 8/26/2019. We are hosting a variety of classes so be sure to check it out. We are looking forward to having a great winter season with everyone.
